Note - I do not offer support on using the software itself, this is a complicated piece of software with many different options, you will need to research your speicifc issue yourself and diagnose it using the software yourself.
You will require a laptop running windows XP or lower. Windows 10 and 11 works but it is a risk, different versions sometimes do not work and I have been unable to find out why. It is usually native manufacturer versions like HP that sometimes cause the driver not to work due to third party apps.
